Operation Hope is focused on ﬁnancial dignity and inclusion. They equip young people and adults with the ﬁnancial tools and education to secure a better future—coaching them through their personal aspirations and life’s challenges, and facilitating their journey to ﬁnancial independence. Operation HOPE’s signature adult program, 700 Credit Score Communities, empower clients to take control of their ﬁnances, and in turn, transform their lives. Through workshops and one-on-one counseling, our ﬁnancial counselors help clients create a budget, reduce and pay off debt, and clear errors from their credit reports. Seventy-two percent of clients see a FICO® Score increase; 25 percent achieve a 700+ FICO® Score after six months of participation.
Humberto Saenz has worked at Operation HOPE since 2018 at the South Gate, CA Hope Inside Union Bank location. Prior to Operation HOPE, he spent over 20 years in the banking industry and has assisted his clients in Mortgage and Commercial Lending as well as retail products such as credit cards and bank accounts. Although his current specialty is Homeownership, he also is able to assist clients with Credit & Money Management.

Magaly Marioni Arana has been a Financial Well Being Coach for Operation HOPE since January, 2018. Delivering Operation HOPE’s mission for financial dignity and inclusion to the low- and moderate-income communities has become her passion. Magaly’s background in the financial industry is an ideal foundation for my work. She started her career in 2013 as a Teller and held all the positions all the way to management. Magaly is currently an active board member for Bank On Denver where the goal is to ensure that low-to-moderate income communities have the opportunities, knowledge, and skills to access and successfully use financial products and services that can lead to asset building and long-term financial stability. Magaly is a single mom of a 3-year-old boy, who’s her joy and biggest motivation.
Felicia Adams is a Financial Wellbeing Coach with Operation HOPE. She has worked as a Financial Educator and Advocate for over 20 years. Her passion is to improve the quality of life for each client. Obliterating financial despair and struggles, teaching the fundamentals in money management. She encourages clients to dream with a plan and a 700+ credit score.
Her ultimate goal is to provide wealth-building practices for individuals, families, and communities. Felicia is a native of Chicago, IL. She earned a Communications degree from DePaul University. Financial Educator and Trainer for Chicago Public Schools.

Yolanda Butler is an ambassador for Operation HOPE regarding “Financial Health”. Her true passion is service through empowering others to improve and sustain their financial health. She lives in Omaha, NE with her husband and Mother. Fun facts about Yolanda; she is an only child, New Orleans, LA born and raised California, but loves to make the best creole, southern dishes. GUMBO is her specialty.
Yolanda became a part of the HOPE Family in August of 2013. She has been in leadership positions within the company, and in 2018 after her husband retires brought her skill set to Omaha when a new office was opened. Her strength of building strategic alliances within the community, along with awareness about how import finances and credit are to our financial health have been the recipe for success.
